I've been tasked to be the content manager of our department website. This is an IT department. One of the major objectives of creating our own site is so other departments could also mimic what we have and build their own. My biggest challenges are
a. what to put
b. how to motivate my content providers who are tech savvy and hates to write or to come up with things to put.
I myself fall under letter #b but I've got to answer to our CIO who sees lots of great things putting up this site can.
I dunno where to start really. Really need someone's enlightenment here.
