Author: Rich Dizon (135.196.161.---) Date: 10.06.05 Thanks Dylan for a nice and experienced overview. I too found Tridion documentation and support to be excellent. I believe the Forrester Wave Report on WCM vendors looked into how good support was as part of their analysis on Support. AS you can see from the conclusions of their report (visit Forrester or Tridion for a copy) Tridion came out the best. We find even the big German vendors liek SAP to struggle with documentation (favouring German all the time), so the comments on RedDot to not surprie me. On the rest of the US vendors, I take your word for it. Thanks for your very informed overview. Rich
