Non Linear is *the* worst possible company to be commenting on anything "best practices" yet alone RedDot best practices since they are no longer a RedDot partner. Why are they not a RedDot partner? Because they created situations for clients where clients needed to be rescued from a nightmare implementation. The comment that they would ever be called in to "rescue" someone from a bad implementation is laughable. I literally laughed out loud when I read this. Shame on you, NLC.
