Idetix did not ask my opinion of this software and the quote noted was not made by me. While the Idetix product is an interesting solution, I have been unable to deploy it completely because of shortcomings in the security within the management software. The portal designed by Idetix for Kanawha County's use was woefully lacking and many of the components failed to work resulting in the need for a re-write which is still on going. Presently I am deploying Macromedia's "Contribute" software for agencies to edit their section of the site. |
