IBM FileNet Record Manager consultant we're looking for:
· assistance with our customer’s project design, and the development of a custom solution for managing the retention rules for records in a number of databases.
· solution should track pointers to records in the source systems that have "expired", as well as those that are "on hold" (i.e. cannot be destroyed or anonymized for various reasons), and carry out anonymization and deletion of appropriate records on a schedule batch basis.
· create a new database to house all the metadata that would make this system work.
· build retention lifecycle rules for different classes of records in the Records Manager module, eliminate the custom database, and let RM manage the retention based workflows.
· create objects for anonymization and deletion in each source system using RM to manage the process.
What all this means is that we need a consultant who is expert with the IBM FileNet RM module, its functionality, configuration, and interfaces for interaction with other systems for a short term project. Ultimately, the consultant will need to work with our customer’s design team to revise and complete the design for this project with the RM module used in place of a custom solution. In the future, our customer also needs assistance to document the details around how IBM FileNet RM would have to be configured to meet our customer’s needs, and how our custom components for declaring records and anonymizing or deleting records in the source databases would communicate with RM. Please send resumes for any candidates for this short-term engagement.
Thank you,
Peggy Pacella |
