Which kind of evaluation of the use of website does take place?
inQuire2 also has an additional utility that analyses the IIS log files. This utility is a scheduled task, typically that will get run overnight. This information it generates is stored in the SQL Server database. This means that an administrative user can view details such as how many times a certain page was access, how many times a file was downloaded.

How is the user behaviour determined (for example, hidden functions on the site)?
The information that MS IIS logs is analysered by a separate application which checks this against the sytem database to provide useful information.
