Are the individual components of the website administrated in a file system or in a database? If database, is it a system-owned database or can also other database systems be used? Files like images, videos, templates, email-attachments and applications are saved in file system of the web server. All texts, linkages, rights management settings, workflow and organizer data are saved in the MySQL database. Is there an integrated media database for pictures, among others? NOEO has an integrated media achieve for images and files of all types. Images that are displayed or offered for download and files can be easily categorized and specified with keywords and descriptions. Optionally image views can be specified. This feature creates automatically preview images for large files or changes the image always into the right size. So called code snippets can be used to allow all kind of file output, like Videos that can directly be played in the browser or documents which should be offered as hyperlink for download only. Which attributes (for example, version, authorisation, publication and expiry date, META information) can be assigned to individual components or sites? Templates can be easily changed within the Content Management or with your favourite editor. “Content Containers” are complete independent of the content (division of design and content) an can be used to change the output of content on a page within a predefined selection. Is there an integrated search function for the website? NOEO has an included search engine for the public website. Depending on the integration the visitor can search texts, images and files by the use of several criteria like keywords, author, full text search or categories. Is there an automatic link verification with a corresponding correction? The hyperlink archive saves and categorizes hyperlinks to site related or external targets. Hyperlinks to pages or downloads generated by the content management are approved automatically. Can you define dynamic categories on websites, in which further relevant links are indicated? An unlimited amount of categories can be defined for all types of contents. The output can be grouped by these categories. Is it possible to design a generally valid navigation, which is adapted to the context? The integrated navigation can be used to link to all included pages. The navigation items adapt dynamically to the content. Links to empty pages are hidden if necessary. Page titles and navigation item can be named in different language versions. Is there an integrated version backup? Yes, for all text contents. Can a version backup be implemented through additional software?
