Description

Redakto eServices is a Web Browser based Support Application. There are many names or descriptions for such Systems like WebHelpDesk, Support System, Internet Helpdesk, etc. We are calling ours eServices because it covers all aspects of a HelpDesk in one application.

Redakto eServices has been developed with simplicity in mind. Thus managing Bugs/Requests/Tickets/Issues, Documents, Knowledgebase, creating a Online Help Manual or discussing with your customer in the build in Forum is a breeze. You can start working after Installation immediately, no need for long configurations and Installation routines.

Redakto eServices comes "out of the box" with a lot of Features that you and your Team can use immediately.

Maintain many Projects at once
You will be able to maintain more then one Project with Redakto eServices. Thus you will have full control over your projects. Each Project can then have its own User set, Knowledgebase records, Issues and Online Help Manuals. Especially for Organizations who have many customers this is very usable and attractive. Because you can manage all your projects with one system you will save on Licenses and Hardware.

Issues/Bug/Requests/Tickets
All Issues will be assigned to the responsible persons for each project. Of course you can also tweak that setting to add or remove more persons from your team to each issue. Each Issue will get a Status and can then be follow up by the assigned members. Alternatively you can also assign a eMail Address per Project which then automatically generates a Issue from each Message in your system.

Knowledgebase, Forum, Downloads, etc.
Everything you need to have a professional Support System can be found in Redakto eServices. Thus all applications are tightly integrated with each other. You can answer to a issue and at the same time use your answer to create a new Knowledgebase entry or communicate with your customers in the Forum. If new releases of your Documents or Applications are available you only need to put the files on your server and send a notification to all members of your project. As a Administrator you will have full control of all Issues, Records and Files in a easy to use Administration in one central place.

Online Manual
With this very useful feature you can write your Manual online. Publish it within your application or use the handy Context sensitive functionality.
