Yes, groups and roles are freely definable. A coworker can be in-grouped into several groups with arbitrary roles. Thereby the organization can be copied within an enterprise (e.g. group: Personal, roles: Department manager, coworker, trainee) Which kinds of notification to individual employees does the system know?
Within the EgoWorkflowmoduls notifications are made by E-Mail, additionally by the task list on the Desktop of the respective editor are indicated. Thus appropriate users can be informed to most diverse actions (side again provided, changed, examined, translates, approved...). Is there an authorisation cycle which is defined or can be freely organised for publications on the website?
Workflows are freely shapable in any number of stages. For each step of the Workflows certain groups with roles are certified. Over the document assigned rights (work on, deletion, a releasing...) the activities are distributed Is there a protection against inadvertent simultaneous access of several people to one document?
