Description

Each company should be able to quickly and flexibly respond to demands on the market. Additionally the processes and procedures should be organised in an effective way. Portals are not only an important instrument for this purpose but also a significant competition factor with increasing impact.

Besides the fast and up-to-date allocation of contents, the optimisation of the business processes as well as the process automation and process integration play an important role as far as portal solutions are concerned. New services (services and applications) can thus be offered with comparatively low efforts just as existing services can be adapted or be exchanged for new advanced services. It is possible to integrate existing IT- applications. You can thus not only conduct your approved solutions but also use them in the portal.

All IT-services and electronic information of the company are supposed to be accessed and operated in a consistent way. Users do not have to have to become acquainted with different user interfaces anymore. As a consequence the administration efforts are reduced and knowledge links between the information of different IT applications can be established. As a result of the introduction of the EPS, the IT „rank growth“ should be reduced and finally completely.
