 If for example two departments or project teams are pooled together, INA combines the two teams, their rights, contents and applications according to several possible options. At the same time the corresponding areas of the intranet or digital workplace, respectively, are automatically joined so that the navigation and organisation of the digital workplace always reflect the up-to-date structure of the company or administration.
INA accomplishes most changes automatically and in an transparent way when the user changes the organisation chart or the team structure in the system. The allocation of employees to departments can also happen in a completely automatic way on the basis of information from external systems or HR modules of ERP solutions. It is also possible to automatically load and synchronize the structure of the organisation chart or the project from external sources. On the other hand the structure of the company and the project can be maintained, exported or printed by means of INA.
Every employee has access to the up-to-date structure of the company at any time.
The employment of INA is advisable, whenever a personalised intranet or digital workplace is intended to be used as one part of the enterprise portal or the eGovernment portal.
