How is the system technically protected against access from others?
The develop server is independent from the live server and can be protected with a firewall. Are there pre-defined groups within a role concept?
Groups can be freely defined or be inherited from a LDAP server. Group rights are assigned to their members. Can the groups within a role concept be freely defined?

There are various variants:
- it is possible to assign tasks to different employees through internal todo lists or individual calenders.
- messages can be sent via email (or other push-technologies)
- articles are expandable with notes Is there an authorisation cycle which is defined or can be freely organised for publications on the website?
Created Articles are submitted to the responsible editor for the release. Is the article released it is transferred to the live server with all associated data (files). The assignment of release rights or responsibilites as editor is freely configurable. The workflow can consist of two steps. With the additional product "Powerslave Enterprise Workflow Engine" workflows can be defined grafically and executed from the system, e.g. complex control systems, ordering. Is there a protection against inadvertent simultaneous access of several people to one document?
Yes, an errormessage is displayed before the edit process starts containing information of the current editing user. Different page elements can be edited at the same time. Which kinds of system-internal task lists and status information are there?
