The internationally active full service web service provider and Content Management expert, ecomplexx, continues its internationalisation strategy and risks the move towards England - in defiance of the financial crisis.

Since it’s inception in 1996, ecomplexx has attested to be one of the leading web service providers and content management experts in Central Europe. The high-flying company distinguishes itself from other web agencies with its steady growth, a good economic base and its expertise in consulting, management and implementation of web projects, especially for demanding medium and large sized businesses.

Until 2008, the full service web service provider, ecomplexx, consisted of its two headquarters in Leverkusen, Germany and Wels, Austria as well as sales offices in Munich, Oldenburg, Paris and Vienna. Now, the newly founded ecomplexx Ltd. in Reading, complements the firm.

Since January, a small team has been working on getting the ball rolling and are operating in close cooperation with the headquarters in Austria and Germany. An expansion of the new subsidiary is already planned.

"The international cooperation between our headquarters in Austria and Germany has proven successful - we profit from collective marketing and sales activities as well as from cooperation within projects and from the permanent knowledge transfer between the teams of nearly 80 employees”, says Christoph Mause, CEO of ecomplexx Germany and responsible for overseeing activities in UK. "With the new subsidiary in Reading, we noticed another growth opportunity which is, according to our evaluation, very promising.”

The employees of ecomplexx UK come with extensive experience in the area of Enterprise Content Management, especially with OpenText Web Solutions (formerly RedDot). Therefore, for the present, the UK activities are focusing in this sector.

"In the UK, we see high demand for technically experienced and capable service providers in the field of OpenText Web Solutions. As one of the leading European partners of the OpenText Web Solutions Group, we see great potential for the further development of our partnership”, states Christoph Mause. The fact that ecomplexx UK has already acquired new clients in its first few weeks seems to prove this statement: ecomplexx is already working for notable clients such as the Ministry Of Justice and the Premier League.

Because of the close connection within the group, the realisation of projects in the areas of Flash/Flex as well as Online Marketing is also possible. The midterm goal of ecomplexx is to offer the complete full service range with project teams permanently based in the UK.
