SShawThing LLC, doing business as Dozing Dogs, released version 2.0 of their ASP.NET Content Management System (CMS). Evolving from the two year development of the OurLittleNet (http://www.ourlittle.net) network of over sixteen hundred city web sites, the Dozing Dogs CMS offers Enterprise-ready functionality at prices that the smallest customer can afford.

Multiple web sites can be run from a shared hosting account using Microsoft SQL Server to store unlimited articles, news, events and blogs. Members of the public can be allowed to register online and create content that can be easily shared between web sites, making it perfect for “open-source journalism” applications. Comprehensive categorization system includes unlimited number and depths of categories, related categories, category synonyms and “two-click” option to find the required category amongst hundreds.

Over fifty million page views have been served by the CMS running on a web farm, with more than three thousand members registered.

Licensing starts at $199 for Personal Edition while C# source code is provided with the Enterprise Edition. Maintenance Subscriptions are offered that include all updates and toll-free telephone support.
