Burntsand Inc., a North American business consulting and technology services company, announced the company has extended its long standing relationship with a major NYSE listed U.S. manufacturer.

Burntsand will deliver Enterprise Content Management (ECM) services to significantly enhance the authoring, storage, distribution, and usability of government required, highly regulated documents and processes.

The requirements phase of the project, scheduled for delivery from Burntsand's Canadian locations, is valued at approximately CDN$720,000 in Enterprise Content Management integration services to be delivered by January 2005. A number of new requirements and enhancements have already been identified to support a new product manufacturing program for the company.

Burntsand is a market leader in the area of Enterprise Content Management with expertise in document management, web content management, portals, personalization, collaboration and web-enabled commerce. This project will move the manufacturer from a client-server environment to a customized J2EE web based application with a document management foundation.

"Burntsand has been a long standing integration partner with this major U.S. manufacturer, and we are very pleased to continue and evolve our relationship with this world-class company", stated Jim Yeates, Burntsand Chairman and CEO. "It is through the integrity and accountability of the employees at Burntsand that we are able to build this kind of long-lasting customer partnership that brings highly successful, time-to-value results to our customers' business."
