CeBIT 2005: Intelligent and Secure Forms Management for SAP
Stuttgart, Germany, based struktur AG will present its SAP certified icoya eForms at this year’s CeBIT for the first time. The software product allows the management and processing of forms within the SAP Enterprise Portal. Enterprises and authorities using icoya eForms eliminate cost for production, distribution, capturing and processing of paper forms without having to change the existing business process. icoya eForms also boosts security: The signature option guarantees authenticity and prevents falsification of forms such as applications, contracts and orders.
The icoya Signature Server suits to all processes that have to be efficient but also legally valid. The server based signature allows legal, qualified mass signature of arbitrary documents and their forgery-proof archiving. icoya Signature Server makes processes audit proof and certified.
At the fair, struktur AG will also demonstrate spreed.com for web based collaboration and presentations within the SAP Enterprise Portal. spreed.com is the solution for global, unrestricted online meetings and document presentation for an unlimited number of participants, offering video and audio streams.
