ZyLAB Unveils Two New Low-Cost Content Management Suites for E-Mail Management and Legal Productivit
ZyLAB, developer of content management and compliance solutions for paper intensive organizations, announced at FOSE (Booth #2443) the immediate availability of its new ZyIMAGE E-mail Management Suite and ZyIMAGE Legal Productivity Suite. Both solution offerings start at 10K and provide the right balance of complexity and performance many organizations are now favoring instead of the more traditional and expensive "buy all or nothing" approach pushed by many vendors.
ZyIMAGE E-mail Management Suite
The ZyIMAGE E-mail Management Suite offers a smart, scaleable approach so that users can easily integrate it into larger document lifecycle management processes, meaning extra storage is not required and stored information is simple to search for and retrieve. Importantly, users can select the proper scale for their ZyIMAGE E-mail Management Suite based upon their actual needs: from basic personal searching within an existing records management environment to comprehensive, yet efficient, backup solutions within a broad knowledge management context.

ZyLAB's unique approach to converting paper into searchable information allows users to treat paper in the same way as electronic files such as MS Word, MS Excel, e-mail, or electronic PDFs. This capability allows users to also use the advanced discovery tools, such as text mining, on paper documents.

ZyLAB Discovery Tool
The new discovery tool offer users advanced text mining, concept extraction and searching, and transliteration for multi-lingual environments. Users can also automatically relate facts and entities, even if certain relationships are not immediate. These additions save enormous time and cost in the indexing phase.
A flexible array of disclosure features
Legal professionals are constantly faced with finding and organizing large volumes of information -- a time-consuming and expensive process. With ZyLAB's e-disclosure system, a user can efficiently "shop" for relevant documents per case within a comprehensive Web-based repository. After the documents have been located, the user can add them to a "shopping cart," and at the end of a session, all the contents of the cart can be downloaded or printed. Downloaded documents are saved in an open XML format and prints can either be made on paper or to PDF.
Advanced redaction capabilities
Users can further support their disclosure activities with ZyLAB's advanced redaction tool. Redactions are stored with documents, so if redactions are performed on disclosures at different times, the user can automatically see older redactions.
