Hyperwave names Mike Shinya as new Chief Executive Officer
Hyperwave AG, a specialist in collaborative Enterprise Content Manage-ment, today announced that Mike Shinya has joined the company as the new Chief Executive Officer. He will lead the company’s Executive Board and will strengthen international operations.
"Hyperwave provides a unique combination of eLearning, Collaboration and Content Management that forms an integrated solution for collaborative Enterprise Content Management. The market potential is tremendous and with our focus on international operations we will achieve the next level of international growth," states Mike Shinya.
Mike combines a strong operational track record with proven strategic vision. Prior to joining Hyperwave he worked at Sherwood International Plc, a software and services business, where he served as CEO.
Before joining Sherwood, Mike worked as President for Viewlocity Inc and Baan Company for worldwide operations. Prior to that, he spent four years as Sales Director of Oracle UK.
