Captaris Showcases Customer Case Studies at ARMA 2005

Captaris, Inc., provider of Business Information Delivery solutions, announced that the company will be participating in the ARMA 2005 Conference at Navy Pier in Chicago during September 18-21, 2005. Captaris will offer customer success stories, product demos and presentations focused on solving records and document management related challenges. The company will be located in booth number 827.
Captaris will present customer success stories from Tyler Memorial Hospital and The National Security Archive. Tyler Memorial Hospital is successfully automating the records management and archival processes for its Health Information Management Systems (HIMS) with Captaris Alchemy Records Manager. The National Security Archive overcame a slow and unreliable paper-based archiving system with Captaris Alchemy Document Management.
The Captaris booth will include two real-time demonstration stations and a theatre for presentations. The first workstation will showcase advanced data capture capabilities, record declaration and management and document repository processes. The second workstation will showcase industry specific document-centric workflow capabilities including process-initiated record declaration and file plan maintenance. Real-world customer examples will be shown in the theatre.
In an Industry Intelligence session on Monday, Sept. 19 at 3:00 pm, Greg Council, senior product manager for Captaris Document Management, will discuss Four Technology Trends That Will Shape the Future of ERM and Impact Your Success. This presentation will include discussion of some existing and new technologies that will alter how content is created, managed, and stored.
