Calamos Investments Selects RedDot to Provide Clients with Faster Access to Personalized Information
RedDot Solutions, provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions for midmarket organizations, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Hummingbird Ltd., announced that Calamos Investments selected RedDot to manage and deliver personalized content on its Web site (www.calamos.com) and corporate intranet. Clients, partners and employees demand up-to-date information and RedDot provides Calamos' non-technical business users to directly manage and update their content.
The Calamos Web site is one of the primary interaction centers for its investors, delivering timely information to clients while reducing call-center costs. After implementing RedDot, the enhanced site will harness and deliver content more effectively to better serve as a communication tool for Calamos' various client segments.
Calamos has selected RedDot CMS Web Content Management Software and LiveServer Content Delivery Software to easily manage and deliver valuable content to its Web site. The easy-to-use interface allows business users to create, edit and publish content. Adding LiveServer to the site allows the same users to segment and select content to deliver personalized, relevant content to investors and other site visitors based upon their profiles and site activity.
Additionally, Calamos will power its corporate intranet, ISO and Sarbanes Oxley compliance initiatives with CMS and XCMS Extended Content Management Solution for document management, workflow, business process management and collaboration; XCMS extends the granular Web content management and application integration features of CMS and LiveServer.
