CrownPeak, software service provider for content management, announced the addition of technology thought-leader Coburn Ventures to its rapidly growing client roster. The company came to CrownPeak with a deadline of just three weeks to produce its entire Web site, including everything from design to subscription management. It's because of CrownPeak's recent addition of the 360° Site Management service that it was able to handle all the design, management and hosting services Coburn Ventures would require in just a matter of days.

When Coburn Ventures, an organization that focuses on change in the realms of technology, telecom and media investing, approached CrownPeak for help with its site, Coburn's need was to produce it without having to build and maintain any technology infrastructure. CrownPeak jumped at the opportunity by quickly guiding the design process, then rolling out the entire site using the CrownPeak Content Management System. They then created the infrastructure for hosting the Web site and the email campaign and subscriber management functions. Coburn Ventures produces a widely read, bi-weekly thought piece called "Waypoints" that serves as a focus of the business so the subscription system had to be flawless.

"Thanks to CrownPeak's 360° Site Management service, we have a seamless integration of all the services we need, from content management to Web hosting," said Coburn Ventures COO David Harvey. "We can rely completely on CrownPeak's hosted solutions for zero downtime, allowing us to focus on updating our site content and writing our thought piece. Their speed and service is unparalleled -- one account manager handled and guided us though the entire process."

"Organizations shouldn't have to spend their time dealing with several different installed software solutions just to run their site. CrownPeak takes over those duties and allows them to get back to their core business priorities," said CrownPeak CEO Jim Howard. "Because 360° Site Management manages all of their technology services for them, Coburn Ventures' only responsibility is to update their Web site content using their automated CMS."
