OTAir Launches Real Estate Text Message Marketing Service

The Real Estate TXTpak service, easily enables homeowners, apartment managers, and commercial or residential realtors to share information about their properties in an exciting and easy to use new medium. By placing an exclusive property code on any existing advertising, such as "FOR SALE" signs, newspaper ads, flyers, and commercial lease signs, agents can share information with potential clients quicker than ever before.

Select the number of desired property codes and plan duration in months. Then, create an "Advertiser" account and pay. Finally, once OTAir has provided you with images bearing your exclusive house codes, begin utilizing the service to attract more attention and sales. When a house is sold, simply enter the house info for a new house within our web interface and move your rider sign.
The Real Estate TXTpak service starts as low as $20 per month for one property code for a one year duration. Selection of additional property codes and longer term plans, reduce the costs even more. For a limited time, all incoming and outgoing messages are included.
