RedDot Receives Positive Rating in Gartner's WCM MarketScope Report

Open Text Corporation, an independent provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software and solutions, today announced that RedDot, The Open Text Web Solutions Group, has received a "Positive Rating" in Gartner's MarketScope for Web Content Management, 2007, for its RedDot Web Content Management and Content Delivery Solutions.

The Gartner MarketScope for Web Content Management serves as a guide for potential content management purchasers and as a non-partisan status report for existing clients.

Open Text received a "Strong Positive" rating in Gartner's "MarketScope for Records Management, 2007" report authored by research vice president, Kenneth Chin. Open Text's Strong Positive rating is the highest possible rating in this report. In addition, Gartner positioned Open Text in the Leaders Quadrant in the Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Content Management, 2006. The report, co-authored by Karen Shegda, et al. is dated October 11, 2006.
