ISV Joins Oracle Service Delivery Platform Partner Initiative

Leapstone Systems, provider of service delivery and content management solutions and member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork, today announced its affiliation with the Oracle Service Delivery Platform (SDP) Partner Initiative.

The initiative is designed to accelerate the launch of new converged services by service providers and network operators, and is based on the vision of Oracle and its partners to provide standards-based service delivery solutions to the communications industry. As a member of the Oracle SDP Partner Initiative, Leapstone will collaborate with Oracle and other providers of specialized SDP functions to deliver comprehensive SDP solutions to joint customers.

The Oracle SDP partner ecosystem is intended to offer a broad portfolio of integrated, easily deployed network components, applications and services that help reduce time to market through the benefits gained from software component reusability in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) combined with carrier-grade performance and reliability.

"Leapstone's Communications Convergence Engine (CCE) is a significant time and expense saver in the complex task of managing the life cycle of innovative services and content," said Jennifer Smith Byers, vice president of sales and marketing, Leapstone Systems. "As communications service providers redefine their business to become merchandisers of digital services and content, it's critical for them to streamline the back office operations for this new business model. By joining the Oracle SDP Partner Initiative, we can extend our market-proven solution beyond the Tier 1 operators who already selected us as their strategic SDP supplier."
