Deutsche Ärzte Finanz (German Doctors Finance), a financial service provider that is attached to the AXA Group and focuses on healthcare professionals, has completed the relaunch of its website, aerzte-finanz.de. With its user-oriented design and sound recording of the content, the financial service provider’s website makes practical use of new Web 2.0 standards for the first time - resulting in an attractive and efficient portal for the manifold customer groups of Deutsche Ärzte Finanz.
The website is managed via the pirobase CMS content management system from the technology supplier and ICT service provider, Pironet NDH, and runs in the latter’s computing center. The editorial transfer of the online content was carried out by interactive service provider nexum AG (a member of the Pironet NDH Group), while the sound recording of the content was carried out by the audio business-solutions specialist, Sounds of Seduction.
Deutsche Ärzte Finanz is a sales organization under the AXA umbrella and offers financial and insurance services for healthcare professionals (doctors, dentists, vets, pharmacists, psychotherapists). Its service portfolio covers the areas of "Security”, "Retirement Provision” and "Finance”; professional support is available for every stage of the clients’ life and career - from students preparing for a year abroad to qualified doctors setting up a practice.
In the course of the relaunch, the existing website was expanded upon by the addition of product information, together with the corresponding application and agreement options, while the content was restructured and given a new layout. At this point, Pironet NDH was able to bring its many years’ experience as a service provider for the AXA group to bear:
"Besides www.aerzte.de, we have also participated in the relaunch of numerous other AXA Group websites - axa.de, for example - and continue to operate them in our computing center,” explains Konstantin Stergiopoulos, Key Account Manager for Pironet NDH. Not only was the necessary specialist know-how related to financial service provision therefore already in place, but certain existing modules from other AXA websites could also be re-used - the "Find representative” function, for example, or individual mail routing.
The background audio recorded by Sounds Of Seduction plays a special role at aerzte-finanz.de, the first financial services sales website with an audio background throughout. With the help of this more direct form of address, Deutsche Ärzte Finanz expects to hold the attention of its visitors for longer, reduce the amount of incomplete applications and thereby increase the conversion rate - i.e. bring about more completed agreements.
