Philippine Airlines (PAL) has chosen the Content Management System of SDL Tridion to strengthen its Web presence in support of the ongoing ambition to improve service to their growing online audience.

With the solutions of SDL Tridion, the leading provider of global Web Content Management solutions, PAL will revamp the group’s Web sites to reach a wider audience and to distribute information in a consistent manner all over the globe.

PAL has selected SDL Tridion's CMS to guarantee a solid and efficient product on both front and back-end. The information on the Web sites can be managed from the same SDL Tridion system from every location. SDL Tridion’s easy to use platform is the perfect fit, enabling the PAL business users to upload content to the sites.

Philippine Airlines is one of the most respected airlines around the world with a young and modern fleet of aircraft and a route network that spans 32 foreign cities and 22 domestic points. PAL distinguishes itself by its excellent service to travelers worldwide.

PAL began embracing electronic commerce with the introduction of a online booking service that accepts ticket purchases and credit card payments for all flights. The company’s Website always plays an important role to serve the customers' needs more quickly and efficiently.
