contentXXL International GmbH, supplier of the .NET based Content Management Systems (CMS) contentXXL is now a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. This crowns the long standing and successful collaboration of contentXXL International GmbH with Microsoft in this area. At the same time the award of Gold Partner status is a further milestone in the six year success story of CMS and the company.

The highest achievable partner level in Microsoft’s partner program is given to companies, who distinguish themselves because their employees have especially high qualifications in terms of Microsoft products and fullfil additional criteria such as proof of skills, references and customer satisfaction. This partner status provides customers with evidences of the software manufacturer’s customer proximity, efficiency and experience. The Microsoft award of Gold Certified Partner confirms contentXXL International manifest expert knowledge about .NET development and integration of Microsoft technology.

"We are extremely proud to be awarded the Gold Certified Partner status. It shows that our long lasting work with Microsoft and its .NET and SharePoint technology has been recognised”, voiced Thomas Boenisch, contentXXL International CEO. "The decision in 2002 to start our Content Management System using the still young Microsoft.NET technology was right and has turned us into one of the leading CMS suppliers in this area.”

As early as a year after the market launch of the 100% .NET based Business Content Management System contentXXL received the Microsoft.NET Solutions Award.

CMS, even back then, offered many of the current requirements of a modern system such as user-friendliness, integrated knowledge management, simple expandability through out-of-the-box modules and perfect collaboration with other Microsoft solutions. contentXXL International GmbH was founded in 2006. Following successful market positioning, with continual further development of products, contentXXL received confirmation of this strategy with their partner network continually growing. The free partner program encompasses 50 solution partners in practically every continent of the world.

Due to continual extension of competence in the Microsoft SharePoint environment, this lead to recognition as a Microsoft Office System 2007 Launch Partner in 2007. With this recognition Microsoft marked partners who integrated Microsoft Office 2007 technology especially quickly and already offered, at product launch, solutions on this basis. With the contentXXL SharePoint Connector users of the .NET based Business Content Management Systems contentXXL can dynamically display or permanently import in CMS content from SharePoint lists by web services and templates during operation.

Two further milestones followed in 2008: the founding of SharePartXXL International GmbH and the presentation of the new release 3.5 from contentXXL. SharePartXXL (www.SharePartXXL.com) is a spin-off of the SharePoint activities of contentXXL International GmbH which has transfered its large wealth of knowledge in the area of Microsoft.NET and WCMS to this still young but rapidly growing SharePoint market.
Today, worldwide SME and business groups/concerns such as Volkswagen, the Fischer-Werke, the publishing group New Zürcher Newspaper or Adidas use the Business Content Management Systems contentXXL.
