contentXXL International welcomes advantages in merger of Online Consulting AG and 4 screen AG
contentXXL International GmbH considers the merger between its partner Online Consulting AG (Wil, CH) and 4 screen AG (Luzern, CH) as extremely positive. For the provider of the Business Content Management System contentXXL the increase in expertise with the extension of Online Group, opens up new market opportunities in German speaking parts of Switzerland. Online Group’s field of activity now ranges from product information management through to Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Web 2.0 solutions. contentXXL International, which has been cooperating with Online Group for several years now, gains one of the leading suppliers in this area as a partner.
At the end of March one of the stongest independent software integrators in Switzerland, with more than 110 employees, was founded under the umbrella of the Online Holding AG. Key aspects of the "new” solution portfolio are comprised of cross media projects (e.g. product databases for print catalogues and online shops), Enterprise Content Management and community solutions based on Web 2.0. Here the "new” Online Group will be the foremost supplier in Switzerland.
