The Software Solutions department at Pironet NDH AG has undertaken a reorganization of its partnerships. In the future, the software provider will be consolidating all of its cooperative projects in this area into one uniform program. The new partner initiative provides channel partners with comprehensive support when they come to implementing Pironet NDH solutions within their own projects. Pironet NDH will work closely with so-called Solution Partners on a long-term basis, helping to develop solutions that are tailored to fit both partners.

Channel Partners: Content Solutions for the SAP World

"The potential for growth in the content-management software market is currently to be found in the area of cooperative projects with the suppliers of complementary solutions. It is these suppliers whom we are looking to bring on board as future channel or implementation partners,” explains Oliver Majuntke, Channel Manager at Pironet NDH. Majuntke sees SAP specialists who develop portal solutions for business customers on the basis of NetWeaver technology as important channel partners: "In this context, we can contribute solution modules for the management of unstructured data and thereby increase significantly the usefulness of portals.

Concerted Software Development

Besides Sales aspects, the Partner Initiative also takes into account the growing significance of content technology in IT projects. "We are noticing more and more that content solutions form the backbone of IT projects. The aim of the Partner Program is to increase the integration-capability of our solutions by setting up and maintaining long-term technology partnerships,” says Majuntke.

Both partner models involve Pironet NDH supporting companies in accordance with their needs, in the areas of marketing, sales, development, training and support. Initial negotiations with possible channel partners in the field of SAP portal solutions, and with potential solution partners in the area of e-commerce solutions, are already under way.
