CeBIT 2010: Integrated Enterprise Communication with CMS Solutions by e-Spirit
 e-Spirit presents the latest version of its content management system, FirstSpirit 4.2, with its new usability features at CeBIT 2010, March 2-6 (hall 6, stand J36). This year's trade show presentation will focus on ways for companies to improve their efficiency and competitiveness through process optimization with content management. The integration of different systems and applications in a central, easy-to-use platform is the overarching theme at the e-Spirit stand. Only this allows companies to realize synergies and automate processes, thereby saving time and money. That's why e-Spirit not only offers tailored web content management solutions for any conceivable range of requirements but also provides solution scenarios for comprehensive integration of different local systems in a unified content management platform. As a key element of an efficient content integration, FirstSpirit™ provides elegant integration with enterprise portals from SAP, IBM, or Microsoft with shopping cart and PIM systems and with heterogeneous system environments generally. Web 2.0 tools provide for simple implementation of social media projects and high-performance enterprise search engines for optimal findability of content. Joining e-Spirit at the stand this year will be four of its partners in technology and integration: ARITHNEA ARITHNEA, a solution-oriented IT specialist, manages projects in content management (CMS/ECM), product information management (PIM), and e-commerce. At CeBIT ARITHNEA will introduce two of its own modules that it developed, in addition to discussing FirstSpirit implementation options: - "DMS connect", which is used to access document management systems, such as SharePoint. This module is based on CMIS, the new "Content Management Interoperability Services" standard which has backing from such industry leaders as Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and others. - The "PIM Integration hybris", which allows content to be exchanged between FirstSpirit and the hybris PIM system as desired. communicode The experts in the field of content management systems, product information management, and corporate translation management have many years of experience and widely recognized expertise in the design and development of multi-channel solutions and e-business portals. The communicode product demo stand will focus on integrating product information management in IT infrastructures and on networking CMS in PIM-, e-commerce, and TMS systems. Communicode will introduce various leading systems and demonstrate how these solutions can be individually adapted to suit client system environments. Exalead Exalead CloudView platform for search-based applications uses advanced semantic technologies to lend structure and meaning to information. The system collects data in any format from almost any source and converts it to structured, coherent, and contextualized information in one index. This index enables direct searching and a wide range of applications, such as inventory management, logistics, customer information centre, compliance, knowledge management, e-discovery, and online mashups. Jive Software The solution provider for social business software will make its first appearance at CeBIT. The US-based company combines social networking components with collaboration and social community functions in its Jive SBS software to form a unified platform that can be used by employees, customers, and partners for efficient communication. Numerous robust features are available for both public communities and internal employee forums, such as blogs, tags, videos, social bookmarks, collaborative documents, a MS Office document previewer, scheduling tools, compelling profiles, status updates and comprehensive admin functions.
