Kentico Announces Kentico Developer Certification

Kentico Software, the Web content management system vendor, announced the Kentico Developer Certification that showcases developer technology experiences using the progressively growing Kentico Developer platform.

"The Kentico Developer certification allows .NET developers with Kentico CMS development experience to demonstrate their competency and gain official recognition with Kentico CMS technology and profile themselves as Kentico CMS technology experts", says Petr Palas, Kentico founder and CEO."It also allows our customers to easily identify experienced Kentico Certified Developer" he adds.

"Success of any web project, including maximized return on investment and reduced time-to-market, is dependent on the ability of developers to properly leverage the functionality and capabilities of Kentico CMS." says Thomas Robbins, the Product Evangelist at Kentico. "With the new certified developer exam we are able to provide our customers with a quick and easy way to recognize developers highly skilled in the Kentico CMS technology."

In order to receive the Kentico Developer Certification candidates must successfully complete an online exam designed to test the candidate’s knowledge and skills in fundamentals and best practices for building, deploying and maintaining websites with Kentico CMS 5 to deliver dynamic web site content.

"The Kentico Certified Developer exam allows developers to demonstrate their technology expertise and skills, helping them to succeed in today's competitive job market." says Thomas Robbins, the Product Evangelist at Kentico.

Each candidate for the Kentico Developer Certification should have at least one year of experience in web application development using Kentico CMS, or should have attended a certified Kentico CMS 5 Developer training.
