Complete automation of incoming invoices
ISR eSolutions APFlow, the new High-End version of the processing of incoming invoices, now offers the complete automation from scanning to release for payment.
After the scanning of the incoming invoices, the contained information are read out optionally and verified against the existing order- and supplier-data completely logically. If the purchase order and receipt of goods are recorded in the connected enterprise resource planning system, incoming invoices can be posted blindly, without being seen by an accountant or verifier, for the first time by means of ISR eSolutions APFlow.
The invoice document on its long way with many interruptions through the company looses every scare. The scanning takes place in the central mail room. The important information are read out of the document, checked against existing data from the business management standard software for plausibility and matched with the order as well as the receipt of goods. The system identifies the relevant information of all invoices by different suppliers by means of only one document-definition and an identification-probability of nearly 100%. Compared to form-based systems, the effort for administration and the error-rate are reduced significantly. The transfer of data for a complete automated posting within the business management standard software (e.g. SAP) is made possible hereby.
In case of a personal verification of the invoice being necessary, the location and the status of the document can be searched out immediately. The transparency and the disposition of information within the process both internal and external are raised hereby. Terms of payment can be utilized optimally according to the guiding principles of the company. By means of a new Analyzer bottle-necks and long wait times occurring within the process can be analyzed and removed.
