INSCI Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: INCC), a leading provider of enterprise content management (ECM) and digital asset management solutions, and Venetica, the leading provider of enterprise content integration (ECI) software, today announced a sales and marketing partnership. Under the partnership, INSCI will sell and implement Venetica's market-leading enterprise content integration software to deliver business solutions that can access and work with all structured and unstructured content across the enterprise.

Through Venetica software, INSCI clients can integrate content from third-party content management systems into their INSCI business solutions. This ECI framework unites INSCI's award-winning technology -- for managing rich media, document images, reports, statements, video, and graphics -- with content from multiple, disparate repositories across the enterprise. The result is a more powerful suite of INSCI content solutions, including call center support, marketing portals, supply chain management, and customer self-service.

"INSCI recognizes that many companies have made line-of-business content management investments, such as Web content management and document imaging," said Henry F. Nelson, INSCI chief executive officer. "Venetica's enterprise content integration platform enables our customers to leverage these disparate investments for innovative business solutions."

Venetica provides customers with a single interface to content across disparate environments. Unlike other offerings that create copies of documents and metadata, Venetica solutions provide a real-time virtual view of content and workflow in place. Venetica's approach exposes the full, two-way functionality of underlying content management and workflow systems, respects the security of those systems and adds federation services such as federated search and cross-repository synchronization. Venetica provides tools to easily develop enterprise applications that connect to any content system, and out-of-the-box bridges to leading systems such as those from FileNet, Documentum, IBM, Lotus, Microsoft and Open Text.

"Initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and customer service are driving organizations to address the silos of content that have proliferated across their environments," said Eric Sall, VP of Marketing, Venetica. "We're pleased to work with solution providers, such as INSCI, to deliver content integration solutions that help customers leverage enterprise content for maximum business value."
