Documentum, provider of enterprise content management (ECM), today announced the availability of the industry’s most comprehensive ECM platform and applications for compliance-related content management. Documentum provides a full range of offerings to help organizations immediately address regulatory and business requirements, across the enterprise and entire compliance lifecycle, including program management, automation and attestation. - The Documentum ECM Platform – A platform for all compliance initiatives, the Documentum ECM Platform delivers capabilities that satisfy common compliance requirements, such as access control, authentication, content assembly, data archival and retrieval, audit trails, electronic signatures and encryption. - Enterprise Records Management - Certified against the DoD 5015.2 and UK Data Protection Act standards for electronic recordkeeping systems, both widely accepted guidelines for recordkeeping policies, Documentum Enterprise Records Management helps companies adhere to various requirements for the retention of messages, financial documents and other electronic and physical records regulations, including SEC 17a-3 and 17a-4, Sarbanes-Oxley Act and money laundering regulations.

- Compliance eRooms – Preconfigured workspace templates provide project and content collaboration capabilities that provide the visibility, oversight and access necessary to maintain proper checks and balances needed for compliance program management.
- Records Services for Email – Documentum Records Services for Email enables organizations to automatically monitor, index, archive, search, audit, retrieve and dispose of incoming, outgoing and internal email messages and attachments, according to regulatory standards or company policies.
