ValueClick, Inc.'s (Nasdaq:VCLK) AdWare Systems subsidiary, a leading provider of advertising agency, media and content management solutions, today announced it has expanded its Content Depot digital content management solution to include the management of digital documents. AdWare will add this feature through a marketing partnership with DICOM Group's Kofax division by integrating Kofax's Ascent Capture digital image capture application with Content Depot.

Today's announcement broadens Content Depot's feature set to address the digital content management needs of document-intensive industries such as healthcare, legal and financial services. Content Depot will now enable users to capture, index and distribute important information contained within digital documents -- such as dates, amounts and invoice numbers -- automatically, saving users time and the costs associated with manual data entry.

Capable of capturing, storing and managing over one hundred digital file formats -- including video, audio, text, HTML, photo image and more -- Content Depot assists enterprises across multiple industries with their digital asset management needs.

"Managing the proliferation of digital media is a significant challenge for many industries -- from the video management needs of television broadcasters to document management needs of healthcare, legal and financial service companies," said Bill Hewitt, general manager of AdWare Systems. "Content Depot can now serve the digital content management needs of an even wider variety of companies, enabling them to manage their digital assets efficiently and cost effectively."

Experience a hands-on demonstration of Content Depot at booth SU8929 at the National Association of Broadcasters' NAB2004 electronic media show in Las Vegas, April 19-22. For more information, please visit www.nab.org or www.nabshow.com for more information.
