LiquidMatrix, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Datatel Inc., today announced that Loyola College in Maryland, Champlain College, and Saint Xavier University have chosen LiquidMatrix's ActiveCampus(TM) solution to expand their e-Recruitment efforts.

At Loyola College, information from prospective undergraduate and graduate students who provide personalized information via the institution's Web site or apply for admissions online will be seamlessly imported into the college's Datatel Colleague(R) student information system for communication tracking, offline marketing, and reporting. Inquiry information in Colleague will be shared with LiquidMatrix's ActiveAdmissions(TM) and ActiveAdmissions Graduate Edition, which communicate directly to prospective students via targeted e-mail and customized Web site content. Loyola will also be using LiquidMatrix's ActiveAlumni and had employed a LiquidMatrix creative design team for a top-tier redesign of their Web site.

"With the increased capabilities provided by LiquidMatrix, our online constituents will receive the precise information they are seeking each time they visit our Web site," said Bill Bossemeyer, dean of Admissions at Loyola.

ActiveAdmissions will also make it easy for Champlain College to manage its overall e-Recruitment process. Questions from the Web site will be automatically directed to the appropriate departments through intelligent, dynamic e-mail routing. LiquidMatrix's Content Management System (CMS) will allow Champlain to manage or create content on their admissions Web site through an easy-to-use Web-based interface.

"LiquidMatrix will considerably enhance our e-Recruitment abilities and give us the power to conduct some of the most efficient Web-based marketing campaigns in our institution's history," said Paul Dusini, director of Information Services at Champlain College.

ActiveAdmissions will dramatically increase the volume of applications Saint Xavier University receives, enabling the institution to choose from a broader pool of prospective students across a wider regional base.

"The tight integration between LiquidMatrix solutions and Datatel's Colleague makes it possible for us to use our data in new, highly efficient ways," said Steven Murphy, vice president for Enrollment and Student Services at Saint Xavier University.

"Each of these institutions will reap benefits that are unprecedented in the higher education marketplace," said Gary Guyton, LiquidMatrix president and CEO. "ActiveCampus will provide these institutions with the Web-based capabilities they need to best manage their crucial constituent relations."
