Bitrix today announced development of a special solution for the software market. Bitrix Site Manager - a universal tool for creating and developing websites - is integrated with Digital River’s software registration services: element 5, RegNow, RegSoft and share-it!.

New Bitrix Site Manager (www.bitrixsoft.com) features enable users to import sales reports into the site statistics system and to fully automate estimating the financial profits of the advertising campaigns.

Sales reports are imported into the site statistics system in the CSV format. When a user makes an order, Bitrix Site Manager registers links’ special parameters. It enables to know all about users’ behavior on element 5 (www.element5.com), RegNow (www.regnow.com), RegSoft (www.regsoft.com) and share-it! (www.shareit.com). With Bitrix Site Manager you always know whether users make, pay for or cancel orders on these sites.

Depending on the data received from the registration sites, the system determines which advertising campaign resulted in paid orders. All the collected data will be applied to the different user groups.

Analyzing the sales data, the Bitrix Site Manager statistics system restores the detailed information on each buyer: the first visit to the site, viewed pages, participation in forums, newsletter subscription and other important events.

The profit received from paid orders is registered as the income from an advertising campaign. While the calculations are made, expenses on advertising are automatically deducted. Only the net profit from the advertising campaign is displayed. As a result, the user gets detailed information about the real income from each way of advertising and determines which of them brought more real buyers to the site.

The system recalculates the profit irrespective of the currency when new sales reports are loaded. That is why the users of Bitrix Site Manager possess the latest data concerning the financial effectiveness of the advertising campaigns.

element 5, RegNow, RegSoft and share-it! are well-known Digital River’s software registration services. They provide developers with complex services related to software distribution. Digital River (www.digitalriver.com) is the world's foremost e-commerce expert, offering companies the technologies and services proven to grow online sales and reduce costs - all in an outsourced solution.

Alexander Lyskovsky, Alawar Entertainment CEO, specializing in developing game software and multimedia projects (www.alawar.com), shares his experience of working with the product: "Bitrix Site Manager really turned out to be the solution of our problems. On the one hand, it made dealing with current and strategic tasks considerably easier: from the effective arrangement of information at our site and the maintenance of mailing lists to the creation of closed sections for target groups (e.g. partners) and communication with them. On the other hand, we got a powerful mechanism for evaluating the effectiveness of our activities. Now each advertising campaign, newsletter or promo action at our site can be thoroughly studied taking into account the amount and quality of the audience and the return of the expenses. We believe that we are constantly improving our business and relations with our customers and we are doing it with Bitrix Site Manager."

The detailed information about Bitrix Site Manager can be found at the www.bitrixsoft.com.

The full-featured 30 day trial versions of Bitrix Site Manager can be downloaded for free from the product site:
