Interwoven Inc. announced that existing customers are further expanding their Interwoven ECM investment with the addition of Interwoven WorkSite and Interwoven MediaBin. Interwoven's Web content management (WCM) customers are now selecting WorkSite for collaborative document management. Similarly, many of these organizations are turning to Interwoven MediaBin to provide their digital asset management capabilities.

Industry analysts are recognizing the value an integrated ECM suite with best-of-breed products. For example, a recent Gartner Research Note reported that "DAM and ECM capabilities enable marketing organizations to better manage their digital and physical assets, ensuring brand consistency and reducing costs to 'recreate' missing marketing assets." The Gartner report concluded that, "Enterprises that have not deployed applications to collect and manage digital assets and marketing content should consider digital asset management and enterprise content management applications." (Collect-and-Manage Moves From Asset to Knowledge Management, March 29, 2004, Gartner Inc.)

Customers that have recently added WorkSite or MediaBin to their Interwoven implementations include:

* DuPont: As #79 in the Financial Times' Global 500, DuPont operates in more than 70 countries with 77,000 employees worldwide;
* Electronic Arts: A leading interactive entertainment software company, Electronic Arts added Interwoven's collaborative document management solution for enterprise compliance;
* OCBC Bank: This leading Asian bank is also expanding its current implementation with Interwoven's collaborative document management solution;
* The City of New York: The NYC.gov citizen portal provides access to information for more than 60 City agencies.
