Vasont Systems, provider of content management software and data services, announced that Lionbridge Technologies, Inc., provider of globalization and testing services, has joined its Vasont Important Partner (VIP) Program. Together, Vasont Systems and Lionbridge will help their clients increase the speed and efficiency of creating, managing, localizing, and publishing their multilingual content from the Vasont Content Management System.

Through this strategic alliance, Lionbridge's LionAccess content repository connector will seamlessly integrate with Vasont, a powerful single-source content management system that allows organizations to create, manage and publish their multilingual content. Vasont provides full Unicode support to store multilingual content at the component-level in its robust repository for multi-channel delivery. Vasont's integration with LionAccess simplifies organizations' translation process and reduces costs by enabling them to use their business logic and/or content metadata to automate the process of selecting, extracting and routing their multilingual content requiring translation.

"We are pleased that Lionbridge has joined our partner program," said Richard Schiding, Vasont Systems' CEO. "For years, Fortune 1000 organizations have turned to us to help them better manage and repurpose their multilingual content. By partnering with Lionbridge, we can offer our joint clients with a more streamlined process for managing their global content."

"This alliance with Vasont Systems provides global clients with a comprehensive solution for managing and reusing their multilingual content," said Rory Cowan, CEO of Lionbridge. "The integration of our technology and services with Vasont will enable clients to improve productivity and efficiency while seamlessly managing and publishing global content."
