Documentum Online Seminar: Automating Forms Processing for Financial Services

Documentum, provider of enterprise content management and a division of EMC Corporation, announced that it will co-host an online seminar with partner, Adobe Systems, on automating paper-based forms processing for the financial services industry. This one-hour seminar will take place on Wednesday, June 9, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. PT/1:00 p.m. ET and discuss how retail and commercial banking, asset management and insurance organizations, can maximize their competitive advantage by implementing an integrated forms processing solution using Adobe Form Server, an electronic forms processing application, with the Documentum enterprise content management (ECM) platform.

The Documentum and Adobe intelligent forms solution is designed to meet specialized requirements for paper-intensive processes, such as new accounts, claims processing, contract management, and loan and mortgage origination. This seminar will feature a demonstration of an automated auto insurance application process and will also discuss how organizations can:

* Increase efficiencies by combining forms and other types of content for complete automation of business processes

* Manage forms and related content to comply with audit and regulatory requirements

* Deploy a single system for creating, managing, delivering and archiving enterprise-wide content

* Standardize both structured and unstructured content on the secure, reliable ECM platform

* Use PDF-based or HTML-based forms to optimize dynamic data processing
