Documentum Online Seminar on Integrating SAP Enterprise Portal With Documentum
Documentum, provider of enterprise content management and a division of EMC Corporation, announced that it will host an online seminar featuring customer, CSA International, a provider of product testing and certification services, on how it has integrated the SAP(R) Enterprise Portal with the Documentum Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform to enhance customer service, accelerate business processes and increase data accuracy. This one-hour seminar will take place on Thursday, June 17, 2004, at 10:00 am PT/1:00 pm ET.
According to Mark Chadwick, IT Manager, CSA International, "Our customers want rapid online access to certificates and CSA International engineering reports, and we're implementing a portal to meet their needs. With Documentum, SAP(R) Enterprise Portal, and SAP(R) R/3(R), the CSA-International Product Certification and Testing Division has reduced the re-handling and re-keying of information dramatically -- to streamline the staff's work and speed the process of publishing out to customers".
This seminar will feature representatives from CSA International and Documentum, and will discuss how organizations can:
* Achieve fast and convenient access to all types of content through portals
* Standardize the way information is presented across an organization
* Power SAP(R) Enterprise Portals with Documentum ECM to better respond to the needs of customers, partners and employees
