Hannah Senesh Community Day school Selects IvolutionCMS

Hannah Senesh Community Day School, located in the heart of brownstone Brooklyn, was founded in 1995 by a group of visionary parents committed to inclusive and progressive Jewish community day school education.
The school, named for Hannah Senesh, one of modern Judaism's heroes, opened in a renovated space in Cobble Hill in September 1998 with 38 children in grades one through four. It quickly became a model of progressive day school education. Starting with first and second grade, the school has grown floor by floor and grade by grade. In 2000, with the help of a generous grant from the Project for Excellence in Jewish Education, we opened our Middle School.
