MindHarbor, Inc., provider of website and application development services announces the launch of the "improve" Website Content Manager which enables businesses to keep their website content up-to-date without the costly requirement of a webmaster or contracted technical support. The web-based application, developed entirely in the United States, was specifically designed to eliminate content management bottlenecks by allowing non-technical personnel to easily manage and update their website.

"We've learned over the last 5 years that if you want to keep clients and prospects coming back to your website you need to continually add fresh content" says Mike Blazedell, MindHarbor's Chief Marketing Officer. Performed in-house or outsourced, website updates can become costly. "Website content has become more important than design and companies have invested significant resources in content management solutions that remain too cumbersome to use." Improve was created to address this dilemma.

mmprove offers one of the lowest cost models in the industry. As part of the installation fee, which ranges between $100-$200, MindHarbor prepares all of the user interfaces for its clients. The client then “leases” the software on a monthly basis for $10 per area within the site that the client intends to update. mmprove can be implemented on a website in less than a day, hundreds of times faster than typical CMS deployments. Furthermore, mmprove is plug-n-play so it can be inserted into the majority of websites and unlike many content management applications, the website can be hosted by the company's existing web hosting provider or by MindHarbor.

During the design and development of mmprove, MindHarbor leveraged its experience of delivering web-related services to a variety of organizations. "We know first-hand that almost all businesses, no matter what their structure, size or geographic location, encounter the same challenges with their technology-based marketing initiatives," says Brian Jenkins CEO of MindHarbor. "Our goal is to deliver inexpensive web-based solutions that significantly simplify business processes and remove the e-mystique." MindHarbor expects to launch two additional web-based solutions during the next 6 months.
