Who:

* FileNet Corporation (Nasdaq: FILE), a leading provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions chosen by more than 4,000 customers since its founding in 1982.

* Hamilton Health Sciences includes five unique hospitals and a cancer center that serves the diverse healthcare needs of the nearly 2.2 million residents of Hamilton and Central West Ontario

What:

Hamilton Health Sciences and FileNet executives will deliver a presentation, "Managing Your Content and Processes Across the Enterprise," outlining key issues and best practices for ECM. Showcase Ontario 2004 is the largest public sector information technology training and education event in Canada.

Budgetary controls and labor force productivity pressures are forcing government agencies to be more efficient with less staff. As a result, government agencies are facing a critical need to improve business processes, enhance department and agency collaboration, and reduce costs.

The presentation will focus on ECM solutions and how they can help agencies achieve optimal productivity while streamlining overall processes. The presentation will also outline ECM's role in enabling agencies to comply with government mandates to electronically manage, secure, and maintain audit trails for important citizen and government records. Presentation attendees will also gain real-world insight into Hamilton Health Sciences' use of ECM to help optimize its business operations.
