XyEnterprise Announces New Medical Publishing Customer

XyEnterprise, developer of XML content management and enterprise publishing software, announced that Lippincott Williams & Wilkins (LWW), a division of Wolters Kluwer Health, provider of drug guides, medical journals, nursing journals, medical textbooks and medical PDA (personal digital assistant) software, has selected XyEnterprise's XML Professional Publisher (XPP) to automate its publishing operations.

LWW selected XPP as part of its enterprise-wide focus on delivering valuable content in personalized formats to medical and nursing professionals that rely on this information. XPP will enable LWW to publish XML content for a wide variety of print products, including drug guides and medical reference books.

The XPP system is the leading tool for XML publishing, able to perform complex formatting tasks automatically and rapidly produce high-quality output. Through the standards-based XPP publishing engine, LWW will be able to more efficiently produce its myriad publications, reducing cycle time and enhancing production quality.
