Vignette, Customers and Partners to Share Successes at Vignette Village 2004

Vignette Corp. announced it expects to host more than 1,000 customers, prospects, financial and industry analysts, technology partners, and systems integrators next week at its three-day Vignette(R) Village 2004 North American user conference and its sister events around the world in November. This year customer, prospect and partner attendance is expected to double and include companies from a wide range of industries such as financial services, automotive, healthcare and the public sector. Attendees will share success stories and best practices with Vignette's content management, portal, collaboration, integration, and document and records management capabilities.
More than 30 Vignette customers will present case studies to illustrate how they used Vignette solutions to manage business processes and create efficiency in their organizations. The partial list of organizations giving presentations includes the American Automobile Association (AAA), Amerisafe Inc., Ball State University, Bank of America, Barclays Global Investors, Calpine Energy Services, Carnegie Mellon University, CNA, Geisinger Health System, General Services Administration - Office of Citizens Services and Communications, Hitachi GST, Houston Independent School District, JPMorgan Chase, National Instruments, the Official Athens 2004 Olympics Games Committee, PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Stelter Company, Thermo Electron Corporation, Travelocity, University of California Los Angeles, University of Miami, Upromise and the West Bend Mutual Insurance Company.

As part of its ongoing customer best practice efforts, Vignette will actively discuss customer satisfaction with conference attendees, continuing to identify factors that drive satisfaction trends up.
