cBrain delivers WEB based Business Process Management (BPM) solutions to a variety of business segments, non-profit organizations, governmental agencies and municipalities. At the core is our Content Management Solution (CMS) which manages the necessary interaction between people involved in a process, a project task or in general knowledge sharing among stakeholders. These groups of people are what we call communities.
At the core of the different BPM solutions cBrain has delivered is our component based Content Management System (CMS). The cBrain XML component library is used for all our deliverables enabling us to match our customers' exact requirements for how the CMS system should support the business processes and user experiences of employees, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, etc. XML and WEB Services make it possible for us to separate presentation, logic and data into different components and enables universal data interchange, i.e. disparate systems can share content via XML. Another way to express the cBrain uniqueness is that our CMS concept separates content from site maps ("where the content lives") and content from layouts ("what it looks like") -- this enables our customers to re-purpose and re-deploy the same content to multiple locations, multiple sites, multiple devices (incl. wireless), forums, etc.
The cBrain CMS system empowers an organizations' non-technical staff (the creators and originators of content) to also become the publishers and managers of the content without the aid (and resulting time delay) of WEB specialist from IT.
The CMS system can constitute the entire infrastructure supporting how an organization communicates with and facilitates communication between employees, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors and other stakeholders. OR it can support only a specific business process and the community of people involved in the execution of the specific process.
Our customers include Sonofon, Carlberg, FLS Industries, British Tourist Industry, Clear Channel, Emperion and many other private and public organizations.
