		papaya CMS 5.0 (open source, GPL) from papaya Software GmbH Image Browser The image browser enables you to overview the contents of folders of the MediaDB and to open files in the preview. Appart fromf the folder navigation, you can also use the search fields to find a certain file. Versioning for Boxes Similar to pages, there is also a version control system for boxes. When you publish a box, the new box version is created by the version control system. For each version, you are prompted to enter a commit message stating all changes you made in the current version. You can delete or recreate older versions, or just open an old version in the box preview. Box view The detail view of the boxes is build similar to the detail view of pages. You can define the general properties of the box, select a view, and insert the contents. After that, you can open the box in the preview and publish it. Community The community application is used to manage all registered users of your website. The detail view of a user allows you to edit the master data as well as changing the basic account settings. Additional profile data can be specified using the form editor. Inserting images into your article When you call the function to insert an image into your article, the rich text editor opens a dialog that lets you edit the image to be inserted. The dialog allows you to edit and change all kinds of parameters like alignment, margins, scaling, subtitle, and alternative text. You can also insert images as links. MediaDB The MediaDB is used to manage files having different formats like JPEG, GIF, PNG, PDF, and MS Word, among others. The MIME type of the files will be recognized automatically and stored together with the other, partially freely editable meta data. Application selection page The application selection page lists all applications that are currently installed and activated in your papaya installation. A maximum of five applications can be linked with the menu group „applications“, allowing them to be started faster. Sitemap The sitemap view in papaya CMS displays the whole page structure of our web project. It allows you to copy and move pages or whole subtrees. Pages can be published directly or opened in the detail view. Versioning The page version control allows you to recover older page versions. A page version will be saved each time you publish the page. During publishing, you are promted to enter a commit message stating the changes made. This will help you to recognize these changes when you look up the versions in the page version control. You can preview old page versions, recreate or even delete them. WYSIWYG editor The integrated rich text editor makes it easy to enter content. Content includes not only formatted text, but also inserting links to other pages and download links. You can insert images right out of the MediaDB into your articles or insert text from word processors like MS Word or OpenOffice.
