Pulltechnology
A principle of the world wide web in which the user himself decides if, when and for how long he visits a website. This principle states that all actions in the WWW are triggered by a user when he „pulls up“ information. From the point of view of marketing, another principle using Push-technology, where the initiative is taken by an advertising body, is preferred.
